I've known the author for over 10 years, and I can't think of anyone else who is more sincere and passionate about the topic. In real life Phillip is very funny, and very authentic, and both these attributes come through in his book. The Maker's Match is all about connection, and that is really what Phillip is all about: whether it be connecting with people (or connecting people with people), connecting with nature, or connecting with God.
